    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title</strong>: QC Lead &ndash; 1<sup>st</sup> Shift</p><p><strong>Department</strong>: Quality Assurance (QA)</p><p><strong>Reports To</strong>: QA Manager</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong>:</p><p>The QC Lead for 1<sup>st</sup> Shift is responsible for supervising and leading Quality Control (QC) operations, across all areas, ensuring all processes are properly executed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong>:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead daily QC operations for noodle, soup, broth, and receiving areas.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support and guide QC Technicians on resolving issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with training and development of QC staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure QC tasks, inspections, and records are completed and verified.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor employee safety practices and report any issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Make sure pre-operational sanitation pendings are addressed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure specific lab testing, such as oil AV and POV, is completed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee environmental swabbing, including allergen testing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure GMPs and sanitary operations are followed and maintained.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review and verify SQF, food safety, and quality records.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure proper execution of sensory analysis and inspections.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Report deficiencies and assist in corrective actions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure effective pass-down of information between shifts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate and ensure end-of-week sanitation is monitored, and results are reported.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support QA Management with special projects and audits.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with annual SQF Training of employees and other trainings as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Fill in for QC Technicians in all area as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Be available to work various shifts if needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.</li></ul></div><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in English and math skills.
