We believe in <em>Smarter Operations, Better Healthcare</em> — and we build teams that live that mission every day.</p><hr><h4><strong>Role Overview</strong></h4><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Manager</strong> to lead and oversee end-to-end credentialing operations for our US healthcare clients. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership, drives accuracy, and knows the credentialing landscape inside out.</p><hr><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li>Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing with hospitals, payers, and insurance networks</li><li>Oversee provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers</li><li>Ensure all credentialing files, CAQH profiles, and payer applications are up to date and compliant</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of credentialing specialists, setting clear goals and SLAs</li><li>Liaise directly with US-based clients to provide timely updates and resolve escalations</li><li>Track enrollment timelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements</li><li>Maintain working knowledge of payer-specific requirements, deadlines, and documentation standards</li><li>Generate reports and dashboards for leadership review on credentialing TAT and payer status</li></ul><hr><h4><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Graduate in any stream</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 7 years in Credentialing & Provider Enrollment</li><li><strong>RCM Knowledge:</strong> Preferred</li><li><strong>Leadership:</strong> Prior team management experience preferred</li><li><strong>Notice Period:</strong> Immediate to 30 days</li><li><strong>Work Mode:</strong> Work from Office – Gurugram</li></ul><hr><h4><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong></h4><ul><li>Strong understanding of US healthcare payer landscape and credentialing workflows</li><li>Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS, Availity, or similar platforms</li><li>Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines simultaneously</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking</li></ul><hr><h4><strong>Why Neolytix?</strong></h4><ul><li>Work with a growing, people-first healthcare operations company</li><li>Collaborative office environment in Gurugram</li><li>Opportunity to lead and build high-performing teams</li><li>Be part of a mission-driven culture — <em>Integrity.
