          "text": "<p>Basin Glacial Waters is a brand new, highly anticipated wellness facility that will offer guests a truly luxurious experience. As part of our Concierge team you will have the opportunity to guide guests along their journey to wellness, while experiencing our one in a lifetime views and services. Individuals in this role will have the opportunity to turn Moments into Special Memories by managing and maintaining bookings for the facility, providing guidance on specialty experiences, and collaborating with the Fairmont Spa on additional treatment options.&#xa0;<a href=\"https://www.thebasin.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https://www.thebasin.com</a><br>\n<br>\n<strong>Position Type: </strong>Permanent<br>\n<strong>Pay Rate: </strong>$20.63/hour<br>\n<strong>Start Date: June 2026</strong></p><p><strong>Job Duties Include:</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job function include but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Handle Basin reservations, respond to guest inquiries via phone and email, and monitor voicemail to ensure timely responses.</li><li>Work closely with Fairmont Spa concierge to provide guests with additional treatment options</li><li>Meet booking quotas, promote hotel services and spa amenities, and develop product knowledge to assist with treatment selection and retail sales.</li><li>Generate and audit daily reports, maintain office records, and ensure reservation accuracy.</li><li>Assist with Facility attendants and Lounge servers as needed during peak times</li><li>Other Duties as assigned</li></ul>",
