Enjoy:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Generous PTO package—including an <strong>extra day off for your birthday</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Scholarship and Tuition Reimbursement</strong> opportunities</li>\n <li><strong>Weekly pay!</strong></li>\n <li>Access to beautiful <strong>fitness centers, spas, cafés, and swimming pools</strong></li>\n <li>Fun <strong>Team Member events</strong> and recognition programs</li>\n <li>…and so much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Compensation</strong></h2>\n<p>We are open to hiring either an <strong>EMT or LPN</strong> for this position:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>EMT:</strong> $21–$25/hour (based on experience)</li>\n <li><strong>LPN:</strong> $22.50–$26.50/hour (based on experience)</li>\n <li><strong>Shift Differentials:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>+$4/hour (weeknights)</li>\n   <li>+$6/hour (weekends)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>\n<p>In this dynamic role, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond to Resident calls and assess care needs</li>\n <li>Provide <strong>emergency response</strong>, including CPR and AED support</li>\n <li>Deliver <strong>basic life support care</strong> following established protocols</li>\n <li>Provide care for <strong>acute and short-term illnesses</strong> per medical directives</li>\n <li>Monitor Residents’ conditions, document changes, and communicate with healthcare providers</li>\n <li>Take and track <strong>vital signs</strong>, blood glucose levels, and pulse oximetry</li>\n <li>Maintain emergency equipment and nursing office operations</li>\n <li>Support care planning with Resident Services and Supportive Living teams</li>\n <li>Assist with Resident transportation as needed</li>\n <li>Help manage the wellness meal program</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems and reports</li>\n <li>Utilize technology including computer systems and iPads</li>\n <li>Assist with onboarding and training of new team members</li>\n <li>Support concierge duties when needed</li>\n <li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team trainings</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with <strong>PA Department of Health EMS Basic Life Support Protocols</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current <strong>PA EMT certification</strong> or <strong>PA LPN license</strong></li>\n <li>Current <strong>CPR certification</strong> and <strong>AED training</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Schedule</strong></h2>\n<p><strong>Part-Time (<24 hours/week)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3:00 PM – 11:30 PM shifts</li>\n <li>2 evenings per week</li>\n <li>Every other weekend</li>\n <li>Holiday rotation required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Location</strong></h2>\n<p><strong>Lakes Campus </strong>300 Willow Valley Lakes Drive, Willow Street PA 17584</p>\n<p> </p>",
