Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.</li>\n <li><strong>Treatment and Education: </strong>Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.</li>\n <li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.</li>\n <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.</li>\n <li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible</li>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
