We need a “hands on” person that will provide automated and manual software testing and quality assurance. The purpose of automated software testing and quality assurance is to provide the means and measures for testing all aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution.&#xa0;</p><p>The Quality Assurance Analyst II candidate should exhibit a desire to grow with the company, take pride in their work, and fit well within a diverse multi-level team environment.</p><p><strong>** This position is primarily WFH / Remote but all candidates must be located in Florida and able to travel to an office for your first day. **&#xa0; We do not provide sponsorship for this role. We do not hire from outside the US.</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Regression testing support of existing websites</li><li>Responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan of projects; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected.</li><li>Application should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and/or external systems</li><li>Ensuring that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live</li><li>Use existing frameworks and tools to develop and execute automated test scripts</li><li>Maintain and update automation scripts as requirements evolve</li><li>Assist QA Automation Engineer with mentoring QA team members on test automation efforts</li><li>Analysis of requirements to produce manual and automated test cases</li><li>Ability to shift between automation and manual testing tasks as needed</li><li>Review of bug fixes and minor system enhancements to ensure expected results are achieved</li><li>Working with the developer team to provide continuous iterative feedback</li><li>Setting estimates and expectations for task completion, tracking on target deadlines</li><li>Other support tasks as required</li></ul>",
