It is where strategy is built, risks are understood, and plans are prepared that set us apart.</p>\n<p>We are looking for planners at all levels to join our team and play a central role in shaping how projects come to life before a shovel hits the ground.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Whether you’ve just finished university, have transferable skills from another industry, or are currently site-based and fancy a change into a planning role, we’d love to hear from you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re looking for organised, motivated people who enjoy problem-solving, working with teams, and keeping projects moving.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Planning experience is welcome, but not essential, attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide planning support throughout the lifecycle of a project.</li>\n<li>Work with the Pre-Construction Team to fully understand the requirements of a Project.</li>\n<li>Attend site to investigate programme constraints.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Operations team to agree programme parameters.</li>\n<li>Calculate task durations using industry standards and company outputs.</li>\n<li>Prepare detailed, resourced (where appropriate) tender programmes based on the tender information.</li>\n<li>Prepare critical path analysis.</li>\n<li>Prepare sub contract programmes for tendering purposes.</li>\n<li>Develop Tender stage programmes to Contract status.</li>\n<li>Support the Operations Team in the production and monitoring of construction programmes and drop downs on a weekly basis.</li>\n<li>Provide programme training and support to the wider team.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organisational and time management skills</li>\n<li>Good communication and teamwork abilities</li>\n<li>a proactive and willingness to learn</li>\n<li>Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail</li>\n<li>Basic IT skills</li>\n<li>Full UK Driving Licence</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in construction, engineering or related field</li>\n<li>Experience in construction or civil engineering </li>\n<li>Previous experience in planning or scheduling tools (.g.
