Description Learning and Administrative Specialist – Greenville, NC Are you passionate about supporting agriculture and rural communities? As a Learning and Administrative Specialist at AgCarolina Farm Credit, you’ll play a key role in supporting learning and development and administrative operations. You’ll work independently to provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the CEO and leadership team. What You’ll Do: Coordinate and execute organizational meetings and training sessions across multiple locations, ensuring all logistics, materials, facilities and vendor services are seamlessly managed. Maintain efficient day-to-day administrative operations by overseeing office environments, calendars, supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs to support business continuity. Provide proactive support to the CEO ensuring schedules, travel, meetings, and key initiatives are organized and executed effectively. Works with learning and development department to support internal and external training programs. Manages employee training hours and required annual trainings. Supports onboarding of new employees and employee transitions from a training and career development perspective. Facilitates clear, timely, and professional communication across employees, leadership, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and successful execution of organizational activities.
