Job Title: Hydraulic Leaks Team Member Department: Maintenance Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor Status: Non-exempt Direct Reports: None Job Type: Onsite full time Vacancy: 1 vacancy at B28 from Saturday through Wednesday from 7am – 3:30pm. Candidate must bring own tools. Job Summary : Responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing hydraulic leaks on injection molding presses. This role requires strong hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, the ability to diagnose issues, and coordination with inventory to ensure timely repairs. The team member will also maintain a clean and safe work area around affected equipment. Main Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) · Identify, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic leaks on IMM presses. · Diagnose issues and determine necessary parts and materials for repair. · Coordinate with the Inventory Specialist to order required parts. · Perform repairs including O-ring replacements, hydraulic cylinder rebuilds, and component replacement (e.g., pumps, cylinders). · Clean and maintain areas affected by oil leaks using absorbent materials, pads, and oil/water vac systems. · Ensure work areas remain safe, clean, and compliant with environmental and safety standards. · Work independently to complete assigned repairs in a timely and efficient manner. · Assist with additional equipment repairs as directed by the supervisor, based on business needs. · Other duties may be assigned.
