Our Values If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in. Department Revenue Operations Who You Are You are a technical architect with a product mindset and a bias toward action. As a GTM Engineer at Justworks, you will be the force multiplier for our entire go-to-market organization. You are excited by the opportunity to build systems that touch the full revenue lifecycle—from acquisition to retention—and use automation and AI and automation to unlock scale, speed, and precision. You have a strong foundation in the Salesforce ecosystem—whether you’ve spent years architecting within it or have used it as a primary source of truth in your previous roles. This is not just an ops or analyst role. You are a builder who turns ambiguity into systems, data into decisions, and manual processes into intelligent workflows. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams to design infrastructure that drives growth and improves customer outcomes. We’re looking for ambitious, open-minded GTM engineers who want to define what the next generation of go-to-market looks like—powered by clean data, smart automation, and revenue-first thinking. What You Will Work On GTM Systems Architecture: Design and implement scalable infrastructure that supports the end-to-end revenue engine, including lead lifecycle, onboarding, expansion, renewals, and more. AI-Powered Workflow Automation: Identify high-leverage use cases for AI—such as opportunity scoring, churn prediction, and summarization—and embed them into GTM processes. You will design these automations to be "self-reporting," building in the infrastructure to track performance, health, and ROI directly back to the business. Data Integration & ELT Pipelines: Support the building of robust data pipelines from GTM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) into Snowflake and downstream analytics. Revenue Intelligence Enablement: Coordinate with BI/Analytics to build dashboards, alerts, and automation to surface insights around pipeline health, adoption, risk, and other critical KPIs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across RevOps, Product, Data, and Revenue leadership to ensure systems align with evolving go-to-market strategy. Experimentation & Scalability: Create infrastructure that enables rapid testing of campaigns, plays, and lifecycle automations—and scales what works. How You Will Do Your Work All team members focus on aligning their behaviors to our core values: Camaraderie – You work collaboratively toward shared goals and support teammates across functions Openness – You default to transparency and bring curiosity to every conversation Grit – You take pride in getting the details right while maintaining a bias toward action Integrity – You hold yourself accountable to do what you say and communicate proactively Simplicity – You design systems and workflows that are effective, streamlined, and easy to understand Qualifications 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, RevOps engineering, or similar roles in SaaS Salesforce Familiarity: Understanding of the Salesforce data schema and its integration capabilities; while we value expertise, we care more about your ability to leverage the CRM as a foundational revenue operating system. Strong fluency in SQL; experience working with Snowflake, dbt, or similar ELT frameworks Experience working with APIs and automating workflows via Python, JavaScript, or tools like Claude, Zapier, n8n, Clay, and/ or Airtable Comfort working across multiple tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Gong, etc.) and building integrations Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions Familiarity or hands-on experience integrating LLM-powered tools into operations Clear, concise communicator with the ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams The "Front Line" Advantage: Kudos if you transitioned from a pure sales or customer-facing role into a technical operator/engineer. We value the deep empathy for the end-user and the customer lifecycle that comes from having been in the trenches. The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $112,500.00 - $123,750.00 per year. #LI-DG2 #LI-Hybrid Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.
