This role supports field crews and project managers by performing calculations, preparing survey maps, and ensuring accuracy in data for land development, infrastructure, and construction projects for the private and public/municipal sectors. The Survey Analyst plays a critical role in transforming raw survey data into precise and actionable information.</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong><strong>:</strong> &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Perform research of surveying and mapping records from different sources (i.e. SRS, RealQuest, DataTree, and public agencies).</li><li>Review title report documents, analyze deeds, and retrace easements.</li><li>Prepare and analyze survey-related CAD drawings, including&nbsp;boundary surveys, topographic maps, ALTA/NSPS surveys, subdivision maps, and as-built surveys.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of legal descriptions, plats, and exhibits as required for various project types.</li><li>Post processing of survey data and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Perform calculations for boundary analysis, and other survey tasks using Civil 3D and other industry software.</li><li>Conduct closure calculations, coordinate geometry (COGO) computations, and resolve discrepancies in field data.</li><li>Collaborate with survey project managers to ensure project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.</li><li>Ensure compliance with jurisdictional codes, standards, and survey regulations.</li><li>Communicate effectively with field staff, engineers, and clients to clarify survey requirements and resolve technical issues.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3-15 years of experience in a similar role within the surveying, engineering, or construction industry.
