    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Roles and responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Equipment selection / Cost Estimation / Quotation&nbsp;. &nbsp;</li><li>Preparing Technical Submittal.&nbsp;</li><li>Preparation of Cost sheet and getting it approved by Sales Engineer/Sales Manager.&nbsp;</li><li>Tracking the project based on enquiry from customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule<br>select unit models and quote based on price list &amp;amp; Cost Sheet.&nbsp;</li><li>Preparation of Compliances.</li><li>Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval.&nbsp;</li><li>Sending the order acknowledgement to customers.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Must have skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience:&nbsp;2-3 years of relevant experience, specifically in Ventilation Sector.</li><li>Looking for an Application Engineer having an experience in Air conditioning industry</li><li>Should be able to prepare the selection of AC units &amp;amp; Fans, quotation and submittals .&nbsp;</li><li>Should be able to select the Ecology/FAHU/HRU/AHU and FCU as per local norms or specification from<br>the software.&nbsp;</li><li>Should be able to select the required fans as per local norms or specification from the software</li><li>Knowledge about the Google sheets and Docs or MS office is an added advantage.</li><li>Reading of AutoCAD drawings.</li></ul>",
