Description

Primary Objective of Position: To support daily retail operations by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and contributing to a clean, organized store environment. The Retail Store Associate plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting store products, and upholding the brand’s values through attentive service and teamwork. Key Areas of Responsibility RETAIL STORE Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments and ensure all products are correctly labeled and priced. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management. Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness and assist with in-store visual merchandising and promotional setups FACTORY TOURS Assist with factor tours at Winnebago manufacturing facilities. Manage registration and attendance documentation. Maintain vehicles and equipment used in tours. Hold a CDL with passenger endorsement for transport duties. OTHER DUTIES: Other duties as assigned based on business needs. Provide support for miscellaneous marketing projects as assigned by manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or inventory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 40 lbs). Basic computer, inventory management and POS system proficiency. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
