    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Cordoba Corporation is hiring Estimators at all levels—Entry, Intermediate, and Senior—to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects. These include public works, capital improvement programs for K-12 schools, community college districts, universities (both public and private), municipal initiatives, and airport developments, among others.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Please note that this description is a general representation of the Estimator role, and each actual position you are considered for may have other specific requirements.</em></strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct independent cost reviews and validate estimates from architects, contractors, and consultants.</li>\n <li>Perform periodic assessments of project budgets to ensure accuracy and feasibility.</li>\n <li>Verify cost reasonableness and identify scope gaps in project documentation.</li>\n <li>Maintain consistency with current market conditions and District cost standards.</li>\n <li>Support Program Managers in tracking program-wide cost trends and ensuring budget alignment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Estimator I:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field preferred</li>\n   <li>1-2 years of relevant experience in construction cost estimating</li>\n   <li>Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices, including design, construction, and project management</li>\n   <li>Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment</li>\n   <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software</li>\n  </ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Estimator II:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred</li>\n   <li>2-5 years of relevant experience in construction cost estimating</li>\n   <li>Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project.</li>\n   <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li>\n   <li>Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations, including safety and environmental requirements.</li>\n  </ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Senior Estimator</strong>:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
