The CFO serves as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and oversees the financial health, strategic planning, operational efficiencies, and technology infrastructure of the organization.</p><p data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"1253\">The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day operational excellence.
