The position can be filled <strong>remotely anywhere in Germany</strong> or at our headquarters in <strong>Münster</strong>.</p><p><strong>Your mission:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Development:</strong> You'll build complex automations that go beyond what no-code tools can do — API integrations, custom Python/TypeScript scripts, agentic workflows, and internal tools.</li><li><strong>Learning & Enablement:</strong> You'll empower colleagues across all departments to create their own automations. You'll lead the AI Circle, offer office hours, run hands-on workshops, and write the internal documentation that makes self-service possible.</li><li><strong>Tool Discovery:</strong> You'll curate our AI tool stack. You'll define and maintain the standard set of approved tools, evaluate new tools in terms of cost, benefit, and risk, and retire redundant ones.</li><li><strong>Security & Compliance:</strong> You'll manage data flows and security.
