    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Verify the accuracy of current production orders and remaining balance.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure the production line operates within specifications and meets quality standards.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain correct draw ratios, annealing ratios, and other relevant parameters.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Complete daily Line Conditions sheet, thoroughly documenting any process deviations.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Notify Shift Supervisor and Maintenance promptly of any operational issues.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Verify correct blend setup and additives.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Perform hourly checks of all process parameters, recording findings in the Hourly Technician Log.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor dryers for \"Full\" status and report issues for investigation.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Check product periodically for visual inspection and accuracy.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in grinding scrap generated from line breaks.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure consistent, correct, and quality winds are produced and packaged properly.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Fill out and submit work orders or safety work orders for repairs.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Verify that packaging matches the Bill of Materials (BOM) assigned to the current production run.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure accurate and legible completion of all production paperwork.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Relieve Production Operators for breaks.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Assist Maintenance personnel when needed.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Notify Production Operators before leaving the line for any reason.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Track and lead all work order changes for the assigned line.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Conduct periodic checks for surface blemishes, ink spots, and other visual defects.</li>\n <li>&nbsp; &nbsp;Inspect unused guides and shields for damage, reporting issues to the Shift Supervisor and Maintenance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><strong><u>Education and Certifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>&nbsp;Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><strong><u>Qualification</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Walking and standing for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Frequent lifting of up to 65 pounds.</li>\n <li>Frequent bending, squatting, stooping, and reaching.</li>\n <li>Repetitive arm and upper body action and movement.</li>\n <li>Exposure to dust, frequent loud noise, varying temperatures in the plant.</li>\n <li>\n  <p>Occasionally climbing stairs.</p>\n  <p>SAMOMM</p></li>\n</ul>",
