Technical Approvals: Act as a key reviewer in the PLM change management workflow; approve ECOs/MCOs to ensure production readiness. Data Integrity: Maintain a foundational understanding of ERP (Microsoft Business Central) to verify BOMs, routings, and work centers against physical processes. SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Technical Design: Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or Nx) for fixture design and assembly review. Analytical Rigor: Command of SPC, DOE, and Root Cause Analysis (8D or 5-Whys). Business Systems: Foundational knowledge of ERP and PLM workflows (Bonus for Microsoft BC ERP and Teamcenter PLM) EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 8+ years in process development/NPI within high-volume or complex hardware environments.
