    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Bronson Behavioral Health</strong> is seeking a <strong>full-time Psychiatric Registered Nurse</strong> to join the team in Battle Creek!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Us:</strong> Bronson Behavioral Health Hospital is a 96-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital that addresses the growing need in southwest Michigan for more accessible, high-quality behavioral health services. We offer a full continuum of inpatient behavioral healthcare services for adult patients including comprehensive treatment for those who struggle with acute symptoms of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and posttraumatic stress disorder.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift availability: </strong></p>\n<p>Full-time / Night Shift: 7:00pm-7:30am (3-12 hour shifts w/every other weekend rotation) with a <strong>$10,000 Sign On Bonus</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Full-time / Day Shift: 7:00a.m.-7:30p. (3-12 hour shifts w/every other weekend rotation) with a <strong>$7,500 Sign On Bonus</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assess patients’ behavioral and physical health needs and deliver compassionate, trauma‑informed nursing care.</li>\n <li>Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing treatment plans throughout the continuum of care.</li>\n <li>Safely administer medications, including behavioral health and detox protocols, with accurate documentation and controlled substance tracking.</li>\n <li>Monitor patient status on an ongoing basis and communicate significant behavioral or medical changes to providers and the care team.</li>\n <li>Educate patients and families, maintain compliant medical records, and adhere to nursing standards and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Establish therapeutic, professional relationships while collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient recovery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You Bring: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current, unrestricted RN license (or eligibility to practice) in the state of employment.</li>\n <li>At least one year of nursing experience; behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment experience strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Current CPR certification and willingness to complete de‑escalation and restraint training (provided upon hire, if needed).</li>\n <li>First Aid certification, as required by state or facility guidelines.</li>\n <li>Strong clinical judgment, attention to documentation, and the ability to remain calm and therapeutic in behavioral health settings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why RNs Thrive Here:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Purpose‑driven mission: We set the standard for care by delivering world‑class behavioral health and addiction treatment in a supportive, compassionate environment—leading care with light in everything we do. </li>\n <li>Clear paths for growth: Advancement opportunities across one of the country’s largest behavioral health networks, where we lift and uplift our people through ongoing development and career mobility. </li>\n <li>Support for your well‑being: A culture grounded in safety, empathy, and teamwork, designed to support clinicians and staff so they can show up fully for those they serve. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Bronson Behavioral Health provides a comprehensive benefits package.
