In this hands-on role, you'll ensure all public and staff areas remain spotless and welcoming, playing an important part in creating memorable experiences for our visitors in this beautiful Grade I listed garden. Ideal for someone who takes real pride in their work and enjoys working in a picturesque outdoor setting.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean and maintain high standards in public and staff areas, including outdoor spaces, corridors, offices, restrooms, and dining areas</li>\n<li>Replenish supplies to keep all areas well-stocked and inviting</li>\n<li>Perform a range of manual cleaning tasks (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, waste removal, etc.)</li>\n<li>Promptly report maintenance issues or low inventory to management</li>\n<li>Strictly follow all health &amp; safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times</li>\n<li>Interact politely and professionally with guests, responding to requests efficiently and courteously</li>\n<li>Take full ownership of cleaning standards, working independently or as part of our small team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous cleaning experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be hands on and take full ownership of the sites cleaning standards</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in delivering high-quality presentation.</li>\n<li>Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team.</li>\n<li>Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to working hours (<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">including weekends</span>)</li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness, presentation and replenishing of public and staff areas such as outside areas, corridors, offices, restrooms, and dining spaces.</li>\n<li>Physically capable of manual tasks, including prolonged standing, lifting, bending, and carrying.</li>\n<li>Own transport would be advantageous due to the location.</li>\n<li>Promptly report any maintenance issues or inventory shortages to management</li>\n<li>Strictly adhere to health &amp; safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.</li>\n<li>Provide polite, professional interactions with guests and respond to any requests efficiently and courteously.</li>\n<li>Own transport (advantageous due to the location)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary starting from £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)</li>\n<li>Join a friendly, dedicated team</li>\n<li>Meet people from all walks of life and make new friends</li>\n<li>Enjoy the great outdoors and learn something new every day</li>\n<li>Staff discounts on gardens entry, shop, café, and garden membership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you're hardworking, take pride in creating spotless spaces, and would love to contribute to unforgettable guest experiences in a magical garden setting, we'd love to hear from you!</p>",
