Sales Development Representative (US Time Zone) Are you a driven, tech-savvy sales professional with a strong understanding of modern web SaaS and a passion for building relationships? About the Position As a SDR, you’ll play a key role in driving both inbound and outbound sales growth by identifying and engaging new business opportunities. In our fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, you’ll focus on demonstrating the value of our SaaS Source Code Escrow platform while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. What You’ll Be Doing Advising customers on potential solutions, providing ongoing support, and building strong relationships through excellent customer service Preparing outbound outreach campaigns and email sequences, while responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries Identifying, prospecting, and contacting new leads through both inbound and outbound channels, following up via email, phone, and other outreach methods A/B testing different approaches to optimize results and improve conversion rates Conducting online platform demos to showcase our products' benefits and features Creating and negotiating offers to close deals with potential customers Upselling to active customers by identifying additional value and benefits More About Codekeeper Codekeeper was founded by tech industry professionals to revolutionize software escrow for the cloud era.
