Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades Overview: The Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades works directly with our existing service customers to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities and deliver a seamless, personalized buying experience. Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades Responsibilities
Review daily service appointments to identify upgrade and equity opportunities Engage customers in the service drive and present personalized solutions Structure deals that create value for the customer, dealership, and lender Collaborate with service, appraisers, and finance to ensure smooth transactions Maintain detailed notes, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in CRM Build long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business Benefits
