The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repair work, as well as excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of all work orders.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety and health codes.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain the property’s curb appeal by ensuring grounds, building exteriors, and common areas are clean, functional, and well-presented.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and completion status.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with vendor management, ensuring work is approved, scheduled, and completed according to company standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation and assist with snow and ice removal as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide and maintain a basic set of personal hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, tape measure, utility knife, hammer, and cordless drill).
