    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The University of Maine System is looking for a skilled&nbsp;<strong>Electrical Specialist (High Voltage) CL3</strong> to work on our high-voltage systems. In this job, you will install, fix, and take care of the electrical power across the campus. You will be our expert for finding and fixing electrical problems to keep the campus safe and the lights on.</p>\n<p>Your main tasks will include checking and repairing both high-voltage and low-voltage systems. You will install equipment like transformers and switchgear while following all safety rules and codes. You must be able to read and understand blueprints and wiring diagrams for motors, pumps, and valves.</p>\n<p>You will also work with engineers and managers to make sure new building projects are done right.
