project will consist of the delivery of a repair solution involving process, tooling, and implementation documentation to address a specific customer requirement.  The Project Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of projects to execution metrics including but not limited to schedule performance, customer satisfaction, and estimated job cost and margin. </p><p style=\"text-align:left;\">The Project Manager will be responsible for technical and commercial review of all work scope assignments and prepare project plan, schedule, and cost estimation to achieve the required project deliverables.  The Project Manager should expect to manage approximately 5 to 10 projects of varying durations per year. </p><p style=\"text-align:left;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> </p><ul><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\">Have schedule and cost management responsibility for the assigned project(s) to include cost estimation, project plan generation, and project delivery, to meet agreed-upon schedule and identified deliverables. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\">Regular reporting to management regarding project status, design and fabrication activity, and projects delivery (operations) status for the assigned projects. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\">Manage the project process and operational delivery through use of in-house resources, as needed, to fulfill customer requirements and achieve target goals for all projects. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p assigned. </p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align:left;\"><strong>EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE </strong></p><ul><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\">Education: Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical, materials or welding engineering.  Minimum experience 5 and up to 15 years. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\">Work experience in purchasing or transportation field preferred.   </p></li></ul><ul><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\">Project Cost Planning and Management </p></li></ul><ul><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\">Strong technical aptitude (prior project design/development experience) </p></li></ul><ul><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\">Project Management experience </p></li></ul><ul><li><p style=\"text-align:left;\">Critical thinking
