As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Data Center Operations to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Director of Data Center Operations:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As the Director of Data Center Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day activities that support data center facilities operations. We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting leader who will excel in site leadership, client relations, and financial management. Efficiency and excellence in leadership, materials management, financial management, customer care, and customer delivery goals are paramount. The director will give guidance to managers on how to meet goals and objectives. This role will evaluate and develop strategies for departmental/organizational success. Directors will oversee the following: &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Environmental Health and safety &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Security &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Finance &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Regional operations &nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Overseeing multiple concurrent projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring uptime. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proactively and autonomously collaborating with clients on diverse Data Center Infrastructure projects. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinating and managing the technical, security, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and operations for our diverse portfolio of wholesale and colocation data center clients. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Empower a culture of safety, security, compliance, and transparency. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborates and coordinates with multiple internal business groups to ensure the successful delivery of service levels. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Initiates and establishes quality standards for teams and manages through to completion. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Direct operations and engineering personnel to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regular audits of maintenance MOPs and equipment SOPs for quality, accuracy, and adherence to company standards. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Perform periodic audits of site Change Management activities to ensure information accuracy and quality of supporting documentation. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Collect and report operating metrics for sites to track and monitor performance and efficiency. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate major activities among sites and track outstanding issues to resolution. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide input for the development of client improvement solutions, including accurate descriptions, cost estimates, and potential savings. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Manage relationships with customers, and internal teams. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of a bachelor&#39;s degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of related experience. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Expertise in critical MEP infrastructure operations, including UPS systems, emergency generators, various cooling systems, air handlers, air conditioners, and electrical distribution. &nbsp;</li><li>Thorough understanding of infrastructure redundancy configurations and the associated limitations. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of critical environment management and the challenges of multi-tenant data center occupancy. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent internal/external Customer service skills &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in a team environment but comfortable working alone with little direction. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, time management, and planning. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated agility to pivot between competing priorities and situations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to propose solutions with limited information. &nbsp;
