We excel at developing client-centric concepts that are based on their needs but grounded in 50 years of experience getting projects built. Our in-house design departments include Architecture, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Who Are We Looking For</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>We are seeking a Designer with strong visual communication skills to support project teams in creating designs that are both visually compelling and functional. You bring creativity and problem-solving skills, enabling you to develop solutions to complex challenges. </span><span>With mentorship from experienced Studio Members</span><span>, you will contribute to schematic design, design development, and documentation, applying design principles to commercial or residential-mixed use typologies.</span><span> This posting is for an existing vacancy. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What You Will Do</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Create design concepts and/or development of detailed plans in collaboration with the design team to<br>meet project requirements and design intent.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Gather and assess documentation provided by external stakeholders and integrate relevant information into design deliverables as directed.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Acquire all necessary materials and conduct research as directed by Project Manager to support the project's progression and ensure well-informed design decisions.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Develop current knowledge of updates and changes to building codes, by-laws, and regulations, ensuring that design decisions align with the latest standards and requirements.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Revise and improve designs based on mark ups and feedback, with a focus on contributing to the project's success through continuous improvement and attention to detail.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What You Will Bring</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Degree/Diploma from an accredited institution in Architecture.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Recent graduate or around 1 year of of experiences within an Architecture firm.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experiences in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino</span><span> or Twinmotion.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experiences in Adobe Creative Suite.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Working knowledge of applicable building codes and municipal by-laws with experience in the municipal approval process.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 2 days in the Studio.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What We Will Provide</span></span><br></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><span>The expected gross annual base salary range for this position is </span><span>$60,000 to $70,000</span><span>.
