This role focuses on engaging, discipling, and integrating individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds into the life and mission of the church. The pastor will also work closely with the Spanish-speaking congregation, partnering in ministry efforts to reach the nations in Lynchburg and the surrounding communities for Christ.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Shepherding &amp; Discipleship:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide pastoral care, counseling, and spiritual guidance to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and develop discipleship pathways that are culturally accessible and biblically sound.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify, mentor, and equip leaders from various cultural communities within the church.</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Vision &amp;
