At Dynamic, we foster a rewarding workplace, investing in our employees with industry-leading training programs that pave the way for growth and advancement. \n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Environmental Professional - Project Manager is responsible for project management, leadership, profitability and client management. Responsibilities include project management, coordination and oversight of field operations, technical proposal preparation, project budgeting and profitability, mentoring staff and staff supervision and project scheduling. The Project Manager will maintain presence and leadership throughout the regions where we do business through involvement in civic, professional and business organizations. This is a leadership position that also includes mentoring and developing staff.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Project Management in the areas of due diligence, site remediation, regulatory compliance and permitting.</li>\n <li>Manage team assignments and balance workload in a deadline driven environment.</li>\n <li>Business development.</li>\n <li>Quality Control.</li>\n <li>Permitting of federal, state and local regulatory agencies.</li>\n <li>Hands on field supervision and subcontractor coordination.</li>\n <li>Prepare technical proposals.</li>\n <li>Financial management of projects including accounts receivable.</li>\n <li>Budgeting and scheduling of projects.</li>\n <li>Client management and overall satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Mentor and develop staff.</li>\n <li>Strong writing and computer skills.</li>\n <li>Professional networking and marketing skills a plus.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or similar.</li>\n <li>5 to 10 years’ experience in Site Remediation (due diligence, site and remedial investigation, remediation design and implementation, regulatory compliance and permitting experience).</li>\n <li>NJDEP Subsurface Evaluator/Closure Certification a plus.</li>\n <li>Professional Geologist a plus.</li>\n <li>40-Hour HAZWOPER training.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li>Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excell, Word and Bluebeam.</li>\n <li>Knowledge New Jersey LSRP support services (i.e. forms, reports, web-portal, deadlines).</li>\n <li>Strong field experience and knowledge.</li>\n <li>Remediation design and implementation services (i.e. VIMS, In-Situ, Ex-Situ, Excavation).</li>\n <li>Soil characterization and waste management.</li>\n <li>Experience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals.</li>\n <li>Proficient in the use of available websites for due diligence and site investigation purposes.</li>\n <li>Construction oversight experience for site work.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li>\n <li>Independent and critical thinking abilities.</li>\n <li>Superior organizational and delegation ability.</li>\n <li>Ability to work and lead in a team oriented environment with a focus on staff development and mentoring.</li>\n <li>Client management experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>We strive to provide a great company culture consisting of a variety of team building events: trivia nights, softball and volleyball leagues, mini golf tournaments, BBQ’s, happy hours, poker nights, catered weekly staff meetings, surfboard lending programs, and much more.
