This is a critical, high‑visibility role on a business‑transforming program—ideal for a senior training professional who has personally owned and delivered global ERP training end to end, not someone who has only supported delivery or advised from the sidelines.</p>\n<p>If you thrive in complex environments, enjoy building practical learning solutions from the ground up, and can connect system changes to real business outcomes, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape adoption across the enterprise.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in It for You?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Enterprise‑Level Impact – </strong>Own training strategy and delivery for a global S/4HANA<strong> transformation</strong></li>\n <li><strong>High‑Visibility Leadership – </strong>Partner with program leadership, functional owners, and business stakeholders</li>\n <li><strong>Hands‑On Role – </strong>Balance strategic direction with real execution and content development</li>\n <li><strong>Flexible Work Model – </strong>Hybrid work in the Greater Milwaukee, WI area</li>\n <li><strong>Purposeful Work – </strong>Enable users to confidently adopt new processes, roles, and technology</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Role & Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own end‑to‑end global training strategy and delivery for the SAP S/4HANA program, from design through post‑go‑live sustainment</li>\n <li>Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and translate insights into actionable, region‑specific training plans</li>\n <li>Design role‑based learning journeys for corporate, manufacturing, operational, and regional users using ILT/VILT, e‑learning, microlearning, simulations, and job aids</li>\n <li>Hands‑on development and oversight of training content using modern learning and digital adoption platforms</li>\n <li>Design and facilitate train‑the‑trainer programs to enable regional trainers and SMEs</li>\n <li>Apply strong S/4HANA process and security role knowledge to ensure training is accurate and business‑relevant</li>\n <li>Partner closely with OCM, functional leads, SMEs, and IT to align training with adoption goals</li>\n <li>Establish training governance, quality standards, and sustainment strategies to ensure long‑term adoption</li>\n <li>Operate independently in a lean, fast‑paced environment, managing multiple workstreams and providing clear leadership update</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills & Experience You Should Possess</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of experience in training leadership, global learning, or enterprise transformation roles</li>\n <li>Proven ownership of global training strategy and delivery for a large SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementation</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and building executable training plans</li>\n <li>Hands‑on experience developing training content (not just managing vendors or reviewing materials)</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of how system changes translate to end‑user behavior, roles, and security</li>\n <li>Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, or complex enterprise environments</li>\n <li>Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills</li>\n <li>Ability to balance strategic leadership with detailed execution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Points If You Have</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with SAP Enable Now or similar learning content development tools</li>\n <li>Background in change management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent)</li>\n <li>Experience delivering training for manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise operations</li>\n <li>Prior success on large‑scale ERP or digital transformation programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education & Certifications You Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline</li>\n <li>SAP training certifications, OCM certifications, or related credentials are a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p><strong>At Trissential, we know that exceptional talent deserves exceptional support.
