With more than 60,000 completed projects, we’re known for delivering high-quality, innovative and reliable building envelope solutions to commercial, industrial and institutional clients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of multiple construction projects at various stages of completion. This position supports the project team through effective coordination and management of assigned subcomponents within the overall project. </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate daily activities and communication between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants</li>\n<li>Maintain and track project schedules, progress updates, and key deliverables</li>\n<li>Assist with preparing shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and close-out documents</li>\n<li>Support the preparation of submittals, warranties, schedules, and safety documentation</li>\n<li>Help develop and maintain logistical plans, workflows, and job site coordination</li>\n<li>Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings</li>\n<li>Track and update coordination reports, work plans, and documentation as needed</li>\n<li>Ensure that materials and resources are scheduled and delivered on time<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to the Team</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-4 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles in commercial construction/multifamily home construction.
