Knowledge of property management, construction, and property insurance preferred..        Undergraduate degree preferred..        Proficiency using third party estimating software, common to the insurance industry..        Ability to interpret, comprehend, and apply company and/or client specifications, guidelines and processes..        Ability to navigate and research using available resources including the Internet..        High level of organization and attention to detail..        Ability to successfully multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a high pressure, high production and volume team environment..        Strong PC skills, typing, and Microsoft Office proficiency required.·        Completion of client registration guidelines and business rules, user review guide, classroom training, system training, and side by side training required.</p>",
