Executes business plan and<br>associated programs that will deliver the desired sales and profit results,<br>while maintaining good quality customer service. Ensures a clean, neat, easy to shop<br>environment.&nbsp;</p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</p><p>Customer Service&nbsp;</p><p>Supervises and coaches retail and production associates in providing<br>efficient and friendly service at the registers, fitting rooms, sales floor,<br>donation area, etc.&nbsp;</p><p>Ensures merchandise is presented and organized utilizing Goodwill&#39;s<br>guidelines.&nbsp;</p><p>Maintains a high standard of house keeping with help of housekeeping<br>personnel and associates.&nbsp;</p><p>General Operating Requirements&nbsp;</p><p>Analyzes monthly store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and<br>overall store performance.&nbsp;</p><p>Addresses any variance to company standards with appropriate action plan.&nbsp;</p><p>Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.&nbsp;</p><p>Organizational Development&nbsp;</p><p>Recruits, hires, trains and develops all store associates.&nbsp;</p><p>Ensure compliance of Goodwill&#39;s personnel policies and procedures.&nbsp;</p><p>Maintains adherence to company safety policies and ensures the safety of<br>Associates and Customers.&nbsp;</p><p>Expense Control&nbsp;</p><p>Assists in the management of and continuous monitoring of actual<br>expenditures to be within budget.&nbsp;</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED&nbsp;</p><p>High school diploma or equivalent prefers some college level courses in<br>business or marketing.&nbsp;</p><p>3 or more years in retail sales with 3 year or more in a supervisory<br>capacity in a fast paced environment.&nbsp;</p><p>Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate<br>positively to store personnel at all levels.&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals,<br>develop a schedule to complete tasks and execute to achieve results.&nbsp;</p><p>Must exercise considerable independent judgment and discretion.&nbsp;</p><p>Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings,<br>weekends and holidays.&nbsp;</p><p>Must be willing and able to travel to any location upon request</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
