Sets tables, serves food and beverages to banquet guests, cleans tables and surrounding areas.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Responds to the needs of the dining room guests</li>\r\n\t<li>Reviews banquet and event orders while preparing for event.</li>\r\n\t<li>Serves as a bartender during events</li>\r\n\t<li>Responsible to execute the BEO details to include setting tables and theming of the room</li>\r\n\t<li>Returns the room to its original pre-function set up and/or preparing for the next event</li>\r\n\t<li>Completes a pre-event task in an efficient manner (i.e., silverware polishing, napkin folding, etc.)</li>\r\n\t<li>Adheres to the highest uniform and dress code standards recognizing the enhanced ambiance of a catered event</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Secondary Functions:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Works with kitchen management to deliver desired outcome</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist other Food &amp; Beverage staff as requested</li>\r\n\t<li>All other duties as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Specific Job Skills:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Organized and able to carry out tasks at direction of supervisor</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent customer service experience</li>\r\n\t<li>Understanding of food preparation, storage and safety</li>\r\n\t<li>Able to communicate in a professional manner while maintaining and recognizing clear guest/employee separation</li>\r\n\t<li>Works in a collaborative manner with all employees resulting in a spirit of cooperation</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to be trained in basic audio-visual tasks in an effort to provide service during meetings</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
