The Role: We seek a talented and experienced ' Guest Relations Manager '.
Description Brief: The role of the Guest Relations Manager is to supervise all Guest Service Officers to ensure all guests are assisted with any service issues, queries and complaints, as well as general ship, port, tour & travel information is provided. Meet or exceed guest expectations at every touch point. Liaising with head of departments on all guests issues and ensuring a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Minimum Requirements:
Hotel School Diploma or similar preferred Demonstrated luxury shipboard experience Approx. 2 years’ experience as Guest Relations Manager on a cruise ship Fluent English, written and spoken and good knowledge of one other (foreign) language, (i.e. Spanish, French, Italian) Excellent Communication skills MXP experience is an advantage If you have a talent for creating joy and offering genuine, heartfelt service, we encourage you to apply today.
