At Tzadik, We Never Stop Growing!</p><p>We are currently seeking a skilled Plumber Apprentice to join our property management team.</p><p>As a Plumber Apprentice, you will play a vital role in assisting in maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems across our residential properties.</p><p>This position is located in Sioux Falls, SD and will be servicing our properties in Rapid City, SD, Dickinson ND and Omaha, NE.</p><p>Join our team and contribute to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our properties through your expertise in electrical systems and maintenance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Work under the supervision of field operations manager and licensed plumber to troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures.</li><li>Help install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances, such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and pipes.</li><li>Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks, including clearing drains, checking water pressure, and monitoring for potential system failures.</li><li>Measure, cut and assemble pipes, assist with testing plumbing systems for leaks or malfunctions.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on systems and equipment.</li><li>Support the team in responding promptly to plumbing emergencies and ensuring timely resolution.</li><li>Safely use and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and materials. Keep the work area organized and clean.</li><li>Assist in maintaining accurate records of repairs, inspections, and completed work orders.</li><li>Work closely with property management staff, tenants, and vendors to ensure quality service and timely communication.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
