Instructional Assistant will support the teachers/therapists in providing instruction and requires the employee to support students with a variety of needs, which may include academic support and/or style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><span>Duties/Responsibilities:</span></span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><span>Provide support across all educational settings; escort and supervise student</span><span>(</span><span>s</span><span>)</span><span> to various locations across all educational settings. </span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><span>Assist</span><span> with classroom management, such as organizing instructional </span><span>materials.</span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><span>Assist</span><span> the student(s) with use of </span><span>equipment to include communication devices (if applicable)</span><span>.</span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><span>Assist</span><span> student</span><span>(</span><span>s</span><span>)</span><span> with positioning, transferring, and ambulation.</span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><span>Assist with Activities of Daily Living to include feeding, grooming, bathing, diapering, and toileting (if applicable)</span><span>.</span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><span>Accompany student</span><span>(s)</span><span> on the bus or other </span><span>vehicle.</span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><span>Observe, </span><span>monitor</span><span>, and </span><span>redirect</span><span> behavior as </span><span>needed.</span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><span>Cue </span><span>student(s)</span><span> to </span><span>remain</span><span> on task and complete activities assigned by the teacher/</span><span>therapist.</span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><span>Follow Individual Education Plans and </span><span>a</span><span>ssist</span><span> with data Diploma</span><span>; </span><span>Associate or Bachelor's</span><span> </span><span>degree in education</span><span>, psychology</span><span>, or a related field preferred. </span></span><span
