This role blends strategy with hands‑on execution and requires close partnership with operations, HR, and external stakeholders to develop, engage, and convert early‑career talent while strengthening long‑term workforce pipelines.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Design, launch, and scale Early Talent programs (apprenticeships, internships, bootcamps, career pathways) aligned to operational workforce needs</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Build structured development frameworks including rotations, technical and soft‑skills training, and progression pathways aligned to the Global Early Talent strategy</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Own the end‑to‑end Early Talent lifecycle including intake, recruiting, onboarding, program experience, and conversion to full‑time roles</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\">Create and deliver an inclusive, engaging Early Talent experience through feedback frameworks, mentoring, community‑building, and structured development support</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;
