Join us today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Welcome customers warmly and build relationships to understand their furniture needs.</li>\n <li>Assist customers in finding furniture pieces that suit their style, budget, and space requirements.</li>\n <li>Develop an in-depth understanding of the furniture selection, including materials, designs, dimensions, and care instructions.</li>\n <li>Explain the features and benefits of various products to help customers make informed decisions.</li>\n <li>Guide customers through the purchasing process, from selection to finalizing transactions.</li>\n <li>Handle questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and patience.</li>\n <li>Assist customers in placing orders, arranging financing, and scheduling deliveries.</li>\n <li>Verify order accuracy and coordinate follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Address customer concerns, product issues, or complaints promptly and effectively.</li>\n <li>Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets by employing effective selling techniques.</li>\n <li>Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.</li>\n <li>Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical sales practices.</li>\n <li>Educate customers about policies related to warranties, returns, and exchanges.</li>\n <li>Performing various other duties, as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills  </li>\n <li>Your openness and approachability</li>\n <li>Your passion for technology and knowledge of electronics and appliances         </li>\n <li>Your enthusiasm and passion for assisting customers and helping to understand their unique needs</li>\n <li>Your integrity and drive to succeed</li>\n <li>Your passion for continuous learning and self-development </li>\n <li>And most importantly, a POSITIVE ATTITUDE!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive Employee Benefit Package after 3 months</li>\n <li>Profit Sharing</li>\n <li>Employee Discounts & Partner Discount Programs</li>\n <li>The chance to be part of a financially stable, well-respected, truly Canadian company with opportunities for growth from coast to coast</li>\n <li>Continuous, quality education and training on our products and sales techniques</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>$55,000 to $100,000 plus (income may vary based on volume and location).</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Informati</strong><strong>on:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use: Leon’s may use AI tools to support the recruitment and selection process (e.g., screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
