These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>NOW HIRING Electronic Technicians at our Manchester Road location in Kalamazoo, MI!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ROLE:</strong> To provide electrical and electronics support to the manufacturing facility to maximize safety, quality, and production uptime.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range: $35.88 to $43.16 - Based on Experience</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift/Hours: Days - 6:00AM to 3:00PM (Monday - Friday)</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Overtime is guaranteed and at your discretion</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Safety:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of electrical safety</li>\n <li>LOTO</li>\n <li>PPE</li>\n <li>Arc flash ratings and boundaries</li>\n <li>Knowledge of fall protection safety</li>\n <li>Knowledge of PIT safety</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Communication/Teamwork:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work a 12-hour shift</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a lean organization, work with a variety of people from different departments daily</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively and work closely and productively as part of a cross-functional team</li>\n <li>Ability to create and/or exhibit an atmosphere of openness, honesty, trust, and teamwork</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed without loss of effectiveness and composure</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED Technical Knowledge:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have knowledge of safety circuits and systems</li>\n <li>Must have knowledge of building facilities power distribution, switchgear, and lighting</li>\n <li>Must have general knowledge of industrial electrical and machine controls</li>\n <li>Must be able to read electrical and controls schematics and redline them, if necessary</li>\n <li>Be familiar with the basic components of a PLC system; rack, power supply, CPU, and I/O cards</li>\n <li>DC motor & drive experience</li>\n <li>VFD experience; primarily with ABB and Allen-Bradley</li>\n <li>Servo drive experience; primarily with Rexroth/Indramat</li>\n <li>Controls experience; PID controllers, RTDs, thermocouples, control valves, pressure transmitters, and weigh cells</li>\n <li>Basic PC skills. MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
