Your expertise will help shape cutting-edge systems, enhance national security, and drive technological advancement for our nation.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs a variety of project administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Project/Program Manager.</li>\n <li>Provides support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its life cycle.</li>\n <li>Works on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables.</li>\n <li>Briefs management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.</li>\n <li>Coordinates projects; develops system for data collection, reporting criteria and records; researches and compiles statistics and data for projects; may assist in writing narratives for reports.</li>\n <li>Monitors project timeline; tracks document submissions; creates, monitors and maintains audit files.</li>\n <li>Identifies, communicates and resolves risks.</li>\n <li>Identifies and resolves issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project.</li>\n <li>For program compliance, designs and implements procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria; may prepare memorandums; works with agencies to resolve concerns and issues.</li>\n <li>Prepares monthly variance reports with associated footnotes.</li>\n <li>Evaluates and monitors the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Active/Current DoD Secret</strong> clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret. Must be a U.S. Citizen</li>\n <li><strong>At least 5 - 6+ years of experience in related field. </strong></li>\n <li><strong>High school diploma </strong></li>\n <li>Experience using C#, JavaScript, SQL desired</li>\n <li>Experience with Quality Assurance Testing, Risk Assessments, & Data Analysis preferred</li>\n <li>Full-Stack Software Development and Agile environment experience highly desired</li>\n <li>Familiar with technical documentation (RFIs, RFPs, white papers, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $128,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
