      "value": "Finance Functional Leadership & Ownership<br>• Provide end-to-end functional leadership for SAP S/4HANA Finance, covering Financial Accounting, Controlling, financial close, statutory and management reporting.<br>• Own the overall Finance solution design and act as the primary functional authority for Finance-related decisions.<br>• Define Finance design principles, standards, and guardrails.<br> <br>Program & Solution Delivery<br>• Lead Finance activities across all SAP Activate phases.<br>• Drive enterprise-level fit-to-standard workshops and ensure optimal use of standard S/4HANA capabilities.<br>• Review and approve Finance functional deliverables.<br> <br>Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership<br>• Act as the primary SAP Finance advisor to Finance leadership.<br>• Lead Finance integration with Master Data, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Sales.<br> <br>Governance, Testing & Go-Live<br>• Own Finance testing strategy and go-live readiness.<br>• Provide leadership support during cutover and hypercare.<br> <br>Post-Go-Live & Roadmap<br>• Serve as long-term functional owner of SAP Finance.<br>• Define and evolve the Finance roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives."
