In this role, you will partner closely with account managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to quickly identify and deliver top-tier IT talent for contract and project-based engagements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">You thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and understand the urgency, quality, and relationship management required to succeed in staff augmentation.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand technical requirements, timelines, and project expectations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for contract and contract-to-hire opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified candidates across key skill areas (e.g., cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, software development, data)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Deliver high-quality candidate submissions within tight deadlines and service-level expectations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Conduct technical and behavioral screenings to ensure alignment with client needs and project scope</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Prepare candidates for client interviews and manage the interview process end-to-end</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Negotiate rates, terms, and onboarding logistics for contract placements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintain consistent communication with consultants during assignments to ensure engagement and retention</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Track and manage candidate activity in ATS/CRM systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Stay current on IT market trends, in-demand skills, and competitive talent landscapes</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">2+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a staff augmentation or agency environment</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and project-based hiring needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience working with demanding timelines and multiple open requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search) and ATS platforms</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><em>Charter is an equal-opportunity employer committed to inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection processes.
