This position requires the expertise of a High-Level Surface Ship Engineer. <strong>Travel may be required.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Support SWOS and PMS 339 Specialized Engineering by providing instruction, operation, testing, remediation, curriculum support (includes updates and maintenance of curriculum), administration, safety, and management support services for formalized naval training. You will perform training services involving DDG-10000 main propulsion, electrical, auxiliaries, and damage control instruction and remediation. Specifically:</p><p>- Teach Senior and Junior Officers Engineering equipment onboard DDG1000 class ships</p><p>- Verify and Update course curriculum</p><p>- Make and edit exams</p><p>- Able to assist in other ship platforms for Junior Officers</p><p>- Able to travel to accommodate ship rides to San Diego and Mississippi</p>",
