You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our participants receive the highest quality of care.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Able to understand food safety procedures as it pertains to daily job duties including the knowledge of cooler/freezer temperatures, food receiving temperatures, and food reheating temperatures.</li><li>Completes applicable training on food safety as required by local regulations.</li><li>Communicates with sanitarians during health inspection visits.</li><li>Able to use all kitchen equipment including but not limited to oven, robot coupe (commercial blender), dishwasher/three compartment sink.</li><li>Serves lunch according to the day center time frame, assuring that food is served at the correct temperature and that each participant receives the correct, prescribed diet. &nbsp;</li><li>Communicates with all relevant departments as pertains to congregate meal service.</li><li>Coordinates the delivery of home-delivered meals, supplements, and tube feeding from day center with Transportation department and Registered Dietitians.</li><li>Assists with the assembly of food pantry bags from McGregor Food Pantry once a month, and as needed throughout the month.</li><li>Accurately maintains paper and/or Excel spreadsheet logs for food temperatures, food waste, home delivered meals, and supplements.</li><li>Assists with putting away stock in dietary storage office.</li><li>Maintains cleanliness and organization of dietary storage office and kitchen.</li><li>Utilizes Outlook email and Microsoft Teams to communicate with department coworkers.</li><li>Follows McGregor PACE Dietary policies and local health regulations.</li><li>Informs supervisor of observed participant changes or issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in departmental performance improvement initiatives, as relevant.</li><li>Completes training as required by PACE organization.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma, or equivalent, required.</li><li>Dependability, flexibility, and a caring attitude are required.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with the frail or elderly preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;line-height:normal;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;' id=\"isPasted\">We offer competitive compensation and <strong>EXCELLENT BENEFITS</strong> which include:</p><ul><li>Health Insurance</li><li>HSA</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>403b Matching Retirement Plan</li><li>Employer Paid Life Insurance</li><li>Voluntary Life Coverage</li><li>Short- and Long-Term Disability</li><li>Critical Illness &amp; Accident Coverage</li><li>PTO</li><li>Sick Time</li><li>6 Paid Holidays</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
