Premier Sand and Stone is an open pit mine that operates VSI crushers and material separation wash plants focusing on the Golf, Sports Field and Pool Industries. We are currently seeking a full time <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Heavy Equipment/Blending Operator</span>. The ideal candidate will have some basic knowledge of operating heavy equipment, aggregate mining and/or batch blending and have a good understanding of converting yards to tons, fractions, etc. </span><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">This position is solely responsible for the safe and efficient blending of aggregate materials into finished products. The Heavy Equipment/Blending Operator is responsible for many tasks at the assigned location. Operators are responsible for loading trucks with orders dispatched, operating a blender to blend aggregate material, and the daily inspections to ensure equipment is operating as intended and creating the blend that meets the specifications of the job.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">This position is primarily located at the Bells/Savoy Sand &amp; Gravel Plant, a Martin Marietta plant, working as an onsite contractor. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Setting dials and observing the operation of blender to ensure blending to specifications ordered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Making daily checks of all working parts, blender, and heavy equipment to maintain safety compliance and ensure maintenance in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Communicating with dispatch to fill orders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Loading trucks with Front End Loader</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
