In this hands-on position, you&#39;ll play a critical role in keeping our technology infrastructure running smoothly across a fast-paced, high-energy environment. From business systems and workstations to audiovisual equipment and enterprise platforms, you&#39;ll help ensure exceptional experiences for both employees and guests.</p><h2>What You&#39;ll Do</h2><p>As an IT Specialist, you&#39;ll be at the center of daily operations, providing technical expertise and support across the organization.</p><h3>Your responsibilities will include:</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Maintaining and supporting critical business systems, including POS, casino, and hotel management platforms</li><li>Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of technology and AV equipment</li><li>Providing responsive technical support via phone, email, and in person</li><li>Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues</li><li>Performing installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs) throughout the property</li><li>Managing and documenting hardware and AV inventory</li><li>Conducting preventative maintenance to maximize system reliability and performance</li><li>Recommending and implementing technology improvements and upgrades</li><li>Following through on issues to ensure complete resolution and excellent user satisfaction</li></ul><h2>What You&#39;ll Bring</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of IT support experience</li><li>Experience in casino, hospitality, banking, entertainment, or other customer-facing environments is a plus</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly</li><li>Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification preferred</li><li>Familiarity with IBM AS400/System i5 environments is a plus</li><li>A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional support</li></ul><h2>Work Environment</h2><p>This is an active, hands-on position that combines office-based work with support in a lively operational environment.
