This position is responsible for all aspects of the rooftop lounge including ambiance, cocktail/beer/wine/non-alcoholic beverage service, as well as food service under the direction of the Dining &amp; Beverage Manager.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Minimum Required Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The person in this position needs to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Constantly move about the bar area and rooftop lounge.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Constantly use your hands to pour, mix and stir.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Frequently use cleaning equipment to wipe, scrub and polish.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Frequently ascend and descend stairs when moving between the dining room and the rooftop lounge or storage areas on the main floor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in creating a cocktail list that is individual to Triple Creek Ranch and utilizes in season and local products. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Occasionally positions self to reach items in lower cabinets, on lower shelves and in beverage closet.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Frequently communicates with guests regarding drink selections and other ranch information,  guest requests or concerns to the Dining &amp; Beverage Manager, or other appropriate departments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Frequently lift and carry boxes, equipment and other items weighing upwards of 30 lbs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must possess an alcohol server certification valid in the state of MT, or obtain one within 60 days of hire.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Serve guest food in the Rooftop Lounge. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Essential Functions</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Create a positive and energetic environment that supports the delivery of an exceptional guest experience while upholding the highest level of TCR and Relais &amp; Châteaux standards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain the extraordinary five star TCR image and resort appearance including all service, cleanliness, and appearance standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must adhere to TC Ranch alcohol policy, creating a space where guests can enjoy themselves, but not be overserved.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Never serve minors alcoholic beverages.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for following TC Ranch standards in consistency and service.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Sell wine and spirits and relay the information to the Beverage Manager to place on the guest’s invoice.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Have the ability to create and pour beverages in an accurate, consistent and quick manner, adhering to the recipe book.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Learn about and be familiar with the various wines, beer, spirits and cocktails that are offered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor inventory and par levels related to beverages, including but not limited to: beer, spirits, cocktail ingredients, fruit and other garnishes, bar snacks, glassware and other necessary working items for the lounge.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Be familiar with daily menu items, be able to explain food items to guests in a knowledgeable and articulate manner and serve food in the lounge as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure that the dietary concerns of all guests are accounted for and properly relayed to the back of house staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Report any guest complaints/issues immediately to the Beverage Manager/Dining Room Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Be self-motivated to perform cleaning tasks when assigned tasks and duties are completed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Practice safe and proper food handling techniques and general cleanliness of equipment and food storage areas, in compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform opening, side work and closing duties for the bar. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Always conduct yourself in a professional manner with guests and other employees.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
