Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday and  every other Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) What You'll Do Perform oil and filter changes following manufacturer specifications Rotate, mount, and balance tires Perform multi-point vehicle inspections Identify potential vehicle concerns and report findings to service advisors or technicians Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in all work performed Follow all dealership and industry safety procedures Complete required training provided by the dealership to continue developing your skills What We're Looking For Some hands-on experience performing basic vehicle maintenance strongly preferred Automotive shop experience is a plus but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Coachable and able to take direction from senior technicians Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and attention to detail Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must be at least 18 years old due to insurance requirements Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Why Work at Sterling Automotive Group?
