    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Maintaining the refractory installation quality by following SOP as described in the installation manual including maintaining of all laid down quality documents at site.<br>• Timely Execution as per the committed schedule including getting a project completion certificate from the customer.<br>• Preparation of MIS viz Daily progress reports, tracking sheet, material reconciliation in the prescribed format including close coordination with superiors (project coordinators).<br>• Inspection of refractory lining along with TPI or competence agencies and make a detailed inspection report.<br>• Responsible for material management at store and site including correctness of quantity of material received at project sites.<br>• Compliance of all statutory requirements at site.<br>• Ensure timely submission of contractor bills and customer certifications for monthly billing.<br>• Keep the site's Machines in tidy conditions including their timely repair and maintenance.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></p><p><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong technical knowledge of construction/installation procedures.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Effective people management and training skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong problem-solving and deviation handling skills.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Commitment to workplace safety and statutory compliance.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical /Ceramic Engineering (as relevant).<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Min 5 years of experience in site engineering or project execution roles.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of safety protocols and statutory compliances in construction/project execution.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in handling contractors, site workers, and customer interactions will be preferred.<br>&nbsp;</p>",
